Welcome to Right Now Travel. By accessing our website or booking travel services with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Introduction

Right Now Travel is a boutique travel consultancy offering tailor-made private tours, group experiences, luxury events, and MICE services across Israel, Jordan and Egypt. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

We offer customized travel planning including:

Private and group tours
MICE and corporate services
Luxury travel and special events

All services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in each itinerary or agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

Booking Process
Reservations can be made via our website, email, or personal consultation. A formal confirmation and itinerary will be issued upon booking.

Deposit & Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30%) is required to confirm your tour. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. For bookings within 30 days, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and other secure payment platforms as arranged.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

By Client

30+ days before departure: 25% forfeited
15–29 days before: 50% forfeited
14 days or less: 100% forfeited
Custom cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons or special tours.

By Right Now Travel
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour, a full refund will be issued, excluding non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., flights, hotels).

Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering health, trip interruption, cancellations, and personal liability. Right Now Travel is not liable for any losses or injuries incurred during travel.

6. Health & Safety

Traveler Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with required vaccinations, health protocols, and entry requirements. Medical conditions affecting participation must be disclosed at booking.

Risks & Compliance
Guests must adhere to safety instructions and behave responsibly. Right Now Travel is not liable for incidents resulting from failure to follow guidelines.

7. Itinerary Modifications

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer the best possible alternative solutions.

8. Liability

Third-Party Services
We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We are not responsible for any issues arising from their services.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events such as political unrest, natural disasters, or strikes.

9. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide correct personal and passport details.
Local Laws: You agree to follow the laws of the countries visited.
Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse or remove participants for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only share your data with third parties when necessary to deliver your services (e.g., hotels, airlines).

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Right Now Travel. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

13. Updates to These Terms

Right Now Travel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
